This Cookie Policy explains how Absolute Azerbaijan LLC ("Absolute Azerbaijan," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on absoluteazerbaijan.com, our Property Ops software, the Online Check-in service, the partner portal at partner.absoluteazerbaijan.com, and our admin portal (together, the "Services"). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Where this Policy applies to individuals located in the European Union, we apply GDPR-aware consent standards as a matter of good practice through our Lithuania-based international contact point, alongside our primary obligations under Azerbaijani law.

2. What Are Cookies

  • Absolute Azerbaijan, as the operator of absoluteazerbaijan.com, the partner portal, the admin portal, and the Online Check-in service;

  • Advertising partners, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising pixels, used to measure the performance of marketing campaigns and self-serve partner onboarding.

4. Types of Cookies We Use

  • Strictly necessary cookies: required for core functionality, such as maintaining your session after a magic-link sign-in to the partner portal or admin portal, remembering your cookie consent choice, and enabling secure navigation of Online Check-in forms. These cannot be switched off through our cookie banner because the Services cannot function properly without them.
  • Functional cookies: remember preferences such as your selected language (English, Azerbaijani, or Russian) and display settings, so you do not need to reselect them on every visit.
  • Analytics and performance cookies: help us understand how visitors use our website and landing pages, which pages are most popular, and where visitors experience difficulties, so that we can improve our Services.
  • Marketing and advertising cookies: used to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, including Meta Ads campaigns directing prospective partners to our self-serve onboarding pages, and to avoid showing repetitive advertising.

5. Cookies We Use

  • cookie_consent — strictly necessary — records your cookie preferences so we do not ask again on every visit — retained up to 12 months.
  • session_id / auth_session — strictly necessary — maintains your authenticated session in the partner portal or admin portal after magic-link sign-in — expires at the end of the session or after a short period of inactivity.
  • lang_pref — functional — remembers whether you prefer the English, Azerbaijani, or Russian version of our site — retained up to 12 months.
  • _ga / _gid (Google Analytics) — analytics — distinguishes visitors and sessions to measure website usage — retained according to the provider's standard retention periods, typically up to 24 months.
  • _fbp / fr (Meta advertising pixel) — marketing — used to measure and improve the performance of Meta advertising campaigns — retained according to the provider's standard retention periods, typically up to 90 days.

Exact cookie names and providers may change as we update our analytics and advertising tools. Where required, an updated list will be reflected in our cookie consent banner or preference centre.

6. Why We Use Cookies

We use cookies to:

  • Keep the partner portal, admin portal, and Online Check-in service secure and functioning correctly;
  • Remember your language and display preferences across visits;
  • Understand how visitors interact with our marketing pages, including our property management and Online Check-in landing pages, so we can improve content and usability;
  • Measure the performance of our advertising campaigns and self-serve partner onboarding funnel; and
